Versus – The Darkness 2 Demo Video Slider Comparison
ur Versus feature pits video and screenshots of cross platform titles against each other and you the viewer will decide the outcome! So make your voice heard in the comments and the polls!
It’s PlayStation 3 vs Xbox 360 and the game that’s going to square off in our vidSlider and screenshot comparison is the demo of 2K Games The Darkness 2. Which will emerge victorious? Or will the battle end in a wash?
Our vidSlider is currently in beta and we would enjoy feedback on your experience by participating in the poll and leaving a comment. Please keep in mind that you will need a fast internet connection to use vidSlider as you are downloading two streams simultaneously.
A few tips:
- If you find the video becomes out of sync, just pause the video for a moment and then resume.
- The video will automatically switch between Split and Side modes depending on material – cinematics will play in Split and gameplay in Side. However, you can always change modes manually by clicking the desired mode.
- The HD button toggles between 480p/720p (480p is default). This will restart the video.
- You can pause at any time and still using the slider and switch between Split and Side modes.
- Replaying the video once finished will result in faster performance as the videos are fully cached.

A much better result than its predecessor, no doubt. I’m still not sure about the new art direction, though.
